What is your shipping policy?
Shipping cost is incorporated in the retail price. Therefore, prints ship at no additional cost anywhere in the continental USA.
Call (480.204.3109) or contact us for shipping & handling prices for addresses outside continental USA. Be sure to include; item size to be ordered, shipping address including city, state or province, postal code, and country.
How long after I place my order will my photo print arrive?
In general, once an order is placed the photograph will be delivered to your door within 10-15 working days in most continental USA locations. Pieces larger than 30"x45" or special orders may take longer.
What is your return and refund policy?
Giardini Photography is proud of its personal service and quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the item and get a full refund or exchange the product for another. You must notify Giardini Photography within 72 hours of your intention to return or exchange the item.
Return instructions will be provided at that time. Giardini Photography will pay return shipping costs. Any item returned must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Do you have a gallery to see sample work?
No, however, we would be happy to schedule a Home Gallery visit to see our sample work. Or, if you prefer, we would be happy to visit you in your home. We would bring sample work and sizing cardboard cutouts. We are willing to travel up to 40 miles from our base in Bend, Oregon. Contact us with your request. Be sure to include a few dates & times that work best for you. We will contact you to confirm the appointment. If you prefer you may call us at 480.204.3109 to schedule the appointment.
Do you offer volume discounts to businesses, home designers, etc.?
Yes, depending on the project, we do offer volume discounts. Contact us to discuss your project and request a quote.
